L-Glutamine

Description
It occurs as white crystals or a crystalline powder. It is soluble in water and practically insoluble in alcohol and in ether. Its solutions are acid to litmus. It melts with decomposition at about 185°C

Application
It is one of the twenty non basic amino acids, which does not mean that glutamine is not important, but because the human body can produce this substance by itself, which can be synthesized by glutamic acid, valine and isoleucine. Sixty percent of our glutamine is found in the muscles attached to our bones, and the rest is in the lungs, liver, brain and stomach.

Storage & Transportation:It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
