Beta-Alanine

Description
It is crystallization orcrystalline powder. It is soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in ether and acetone.


Application
It is one kind of Alanine, often used to produce vitamin B5. In vivo, β - alanine is not involved in the synthesis of protein or enzyme, but an important component of carnosine.

In the process of exercise, the human body will produce more acidic substances, so as to reduce the pH of muscle and make muscle fatigue. Carnosine is a kind of "buffer" against fatigue.
