Aspartame

Description
It occurs as a white, crystalline powder. It is sparingly soluble in water and slightly soluble in alcohol. The pH of a 0.8% solution is between about 4.5 and 6.0.

Application
It is a natural functional oligosaccharide that can be used in pastry, biscuits, bread, blended wine, ice cream, popsicles, beverages, and candies as needed for production.

Storage & Transportation:It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
