Description
White acicular, flaky crystalline or crystalline powder. Odorless. It tastes sweet, and the sweetness of its dilute solution is about 30 times that of sucrose. 10% aqueous solution is neutral (pH 6.5) and stable to heat, light and air. Storage & Transportation:It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
